The great room is cozy and anchored by a stone fireplace and comfortable seating. The kitchen, with upscale appliances, and the adjoining dining areas are truly a chef’s dream and perfectly situated to enjoy casual living and panoramic views of the lake. Quality amenities abound throughout our home. The beautiful bedrooms are designed for comfort and privacy. Step outside from the living area onto the veranda for outdoor dining and lounging. As lifelong California residents, we absolutely love the natural beauty that our state has to offer. Our fondest memories of growing up were trips our families took to Lake Tahoe. When we had children of our own, we wanted provide our kids with the same memories that they could someday share with their children. Years ago, after a LONG search for the perfect location, we fell in love with and purchased our lakefront home on Carnelian Bay. Beautiful, secluded, yet close to everything (did we mention BEAUTIFUL?), this area is one of the most pristine, non-touristy places to experience authentic Tahoe living.
When the neighboring property recently came up for sale, we purchased it and affectionately named it “Lake Tahoe Vista”. Our goal was never to make money or become property managers, but was rather to maintain the family atmostphere of our amazing bay and share it with our friends and loved ones.
